ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.631 of 2025, dated 20.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the aforesaid condition even once; and that the investigation is pending.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.631 of 2025, dated 20.01.2025.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 24.03.2025 stn To The Inspector Of Police, All Women Police Station, Virugambakkam, Koyambedu.
