BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE ALANGIYAM POLICE STATION, TIRUPPUR DISTRICT (CRIME NO.598 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.24196 of 2021 dated 13.12.2021 and render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KALIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 10.1.2022 to 22.03.2022 for the past 11 weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 13.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.24196 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
