Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.MP.14338/2021 in Crl.OP.9755/2021 dated 04.01.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14338 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9755 of 2021 on 04.01.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
