The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to regularize the services of the petitioners from their initial date of appointments till 01.06.2006 with all consequential monetary and service benefits.

2. Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the issue is covered by the order in W.P.Nos.7871 of 2020 etc. batch dated 16.09.2020 and the request of the petitioners will be considered based on the principle laid down in the order dated 16.09.2020, more so, with regard to paragraph 8 of the said order, if there are no legal impediments.

5. Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 16.09.2020 in W.P.Nos.7871 of 2020 etc. batch. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
