and Tamil Nadu Transparency Tender Act, 1998 and rules there under.

Heard Mr.Jaishankar Ramakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents brings to the notice of the Court that the impugned tender proceedings in relation to the Community Sanitary Complexes have been suspended temporarily and that fresh proceedings will be notified at which juncture the petitioner may participate.

3. Recording this, and as this addresses the apprehensions/ grievances of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. It is made clear that fresh process of tender will be in accordance with law and all applicable Regulations under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998.
