Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.31368 of 2024, dated 03.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
