O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 422 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, and 353 of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instruction, submits that, subsequent to the registration of the FIR, the first respondent has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C. No.316 of 2024. The case is presently pending for trial.

3. In view of the above developments, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original

Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
