Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to equally allot the Construction of Solar Powered Green House under "Chief Minister's Solar Powered Green House Scheme" for the year 2011-2012 to the petitioner's village as per G.O.(Ms)No.46 dated 17.08.2011 and 1st and 3rd respondent communications in Na.ka.No.6778/2011/A7 dated .12.2011 and Na.ka.No.2478/2011/A3 dated 28.12.2011 based upon the Grama Sabai meeting resolution on 30.12.2011.
