This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant praying to order substituted service against the second respondent viz., Akila in CMA No.2592 of 2013 by way of paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" or any other vernacular publication in Thiruvannamalai District for appearance on such date as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner /appellant is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Thiruvannamalai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 21.04.2023.

4. List the matter on 21.04.2023.
