2. The first petitioner would aver that due to ill health and financial constraints, it took time to mobilize funds. Hence, there is a delay of 1600 days occurred in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
3. Mr.L.Ramanathan, learned counsel for the second respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.
4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 1600 days shall stand waived. 02-04-2026 KKD To The Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Krishnagiri .
