This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.333/2013, dated 16.10.2013, on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and unconstitutional.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has joined duty, hence nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
