(CRIME NO.739/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of to appear before the respondent on every saturday imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2436/2022 by its order dated 03.02.2022 on the file of the Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.2436 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
