2.It is reported that the O.P. was dismissed for default and an application to restore the same was posted on 27.01.2022. Hence, this transfer petition was adjourned today from 21.12.2021. It is now stated that the restoration petition has been adjourned to March 2022. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move this Court upon restoration of the O.P. No costs.
