The present miscellaneous petition challenges notice dated 21.02.2023 demanding the entire arrears as per the impugned assessment order dated 01.06.2022. The amount reflected is a sum of Rs.80,04,427/-. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that pending writ petition credit of a sum of Rs.16 lakhs (approx.) has been received.

3.Mr.V.Prashanth Kiran, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, concurs with this position. In such an event, the notice which reflects a demand of Rs.80 lakhs (approx.) is incorrect and to this extent Mr.Prashanth would convey that the assessing authority intends to withdraw the same and will not press the demand under that notice.

4.Recording this, this miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 5.Pleadings are stated to be complete in WP.No.17469 of 2022. List WP.No.17469 of 2022 on 18.04.2023.
