ORDER
The petitioner submitted a representation dated 30.3.2015, to the first respondent seeking cancellation of the existing Explosives Licence standing in favour of the third respondent and not to grant any renewal of lease, pertaining to his property in S.No.322/3, Door No.77, Panchetty Road, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District, claiming that the third respondent has no right whatsoever, over the property, as there was no renewal of lease. The said representation was acknowledged on 31.3.2015, and since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner has further submitted a representation to the second respondent on 16.4.2015, and it was also acknowledged on 17.4.2015, and since there was no response, he came forward to file this writ petition.
2.Heard the submissions of Mr.G.Jeremiah, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the second respondent.
3.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.3.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the third respondent, and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent.
