ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Mr.N.Sakthivel, learned Government Advocate, appears for the respondent.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that this Court by order dated 5.6.2014, in W.P.No.14434/2014, directed the second respondent therein viz. the respondent herein, to pass an appropriate order after hearing the alleged encroachers including the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The said authority, without issuing a notice, passed an order dated 11.7.2014, directing the persons mentioned therein including the petitioner, to remove the encroachment within a period of one week, under the caption "Notice" and as such, this amounts to violation of the order passed by this Court.

3.We have examined the afore-stated order dated 11.7.2014, which is issued under the caption "Notice" with a direction to remove the encroachment within a period of one week. The said communication be treated as a show cause notice as directed by us earlier, with liberty granted to the noticee to file her representation within a period of two weeks from today.

Thereafter, the authorities are directed to take appropriate action as directed earlier by us on 5.6.2014, in W.P.No.14434/2014.
