C.M.P.No.6096 of 2020 in C.M.A.(SR).No.101801 of 2017 P.T. ASHA, J, Mr.M.Lokesh, learned counsel has entered appearance for the appellant.

2.The appellant is the claimant, the mother of the deceased. This appeal has been filed with a delay of 270 days. In the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition, the petitioner has stated that the deceased was her only son and that she has not only lost her husband but also her son in the accident, ass a result of which, she had suffered mental agony and shock. She had also stated that she had no one to taken care of her and thereafter, when she recovered from her mental shock she was informed that the Award has been passed and was further advised to file an appeal seeking enhancement since the award amount granted was inadequate. Thereafter, she had collected the papers and approached the counsel. In the interregnum, the delay has occurred. She has also arranged for funds.

P.T. ASHA, J, mps Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
