This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondents Police to give police protection for the 4th respondent to survey the petitioner's land in Ka.Sa.No.3/1A2, 3/1E and 3/3G.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has paid the requisite fees to concerned department to survey the said land comprised in Ka.Sa.No.3/1A2, 3/1E and 3/3G, situated at Vilangurichi, Village, Coimbatore District. 3.Heard Mr.A.P.Sathymurthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

4.Admittedly, the revenue officials have to engage surveyor to survey the said land and the petitioner has also paid the requisite fees to the concerned department. If the petitioner, requires any police protection to survey the land, the revenue officials can approach the concerned Police and seek for police protection.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
