C.M.P.No.5253 of 2023 in A.S.SR.No.39413 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 899 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment and decree dated 10.03.2017 made in LAOP.No.19 of 2009 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The said delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- shall be paid to the Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authrity, High Court Buildings, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

4. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.

5. Post the case 'for compliance' on 25.07.2024.
