This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppur to dispose of the CMP No.564 of 2024 in C.C.No.734 of 2017 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The proceedings in the matter were initiated in the year 2017 and are still pending however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought limited relief, specifically for the disposal of CMP No.564 of 2024 in C.C.No.734 of 2017.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought by the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppur, to complete the proceedings in CMP No.564 of 2024 in C.C.No.734 of 2017, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
