ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct enquiry and to take necessary action against the respondent 5 and 6 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.11.2024 within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 herein, conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 14.11.2024 and dispose of the same, on merits and in

accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition petition is disposed of. No costs.
