The petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 482 of CR.P.C. before this Court seeking for release of the vehicle in view of the fact that the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur, has returned the application filed by the petitioner in Crl.M.R.SR.No.6310 of 2017 as not maintainable in view of the issuance of the confiscation notice.
