( IN CRIME NO.115/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 A.M until further orders, imposed upon the petitioner in the order dated 22.02.2022 in CRL OP NO. 4316/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.MAYILNATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4316 of 2022 dated 22.02.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigation Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.
