2.The petitioner claiming to be the President of the Temple Festival Committee relating to Arulmighu Arival Karuppannaswamy Temple, Nalligoundanpalayam, Peramiyam Post, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District, submitted an application dated 21.4.2015, to the respondent seeking permission to conduct a cultural programme on 17.5.2015, in connection with the above said temple festival, and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the application/representation, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated 21.4.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 15.5.2015, and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
