ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order dated 02.01.2013 made in Se.Mu. Na.Ka.No.3387/2012/A5 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

2. The impugned order has been challenged mainly on the ground that the members included in the Thiruppani Committee are belonged to various other communities and they are not belonged to a particular community.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the period for the Thiruppani Committee which was appointed was already expired and he has also filed a copy of the report issued by the Thakkar of Arulmigu Mariamman Selvavinayagar Thirukkoil, Goundampalayam. He would further submit that 80% of the construction work in the temple is over. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2/4
