This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner as against no FIR are pending under the pretext of inquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by one Devaki, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.1431/DC STM/PC/2021 and the same has been closed on 23.03.2022. He would further submit that as of now no case is pending against the petitioner and that the respondent police is not harassing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner.

3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
