Perused the report by the learned XIV Assistant Judge, who is holding full additional charge, on XV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, dated 05.07.2021.

It had been stated in the said report that I.A.No. 1 of 2019 in I.A.Nos. 6552 & 6553 of 2015 had been adjourned only for filing of counter on behalf of the first respondent. It is also stated that it had been clear that no further time will be granted for filing of counter. The second respondent had made an endorsement that there was no counter to be filed. 3.

A direction is given to the learned XIV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of I.A.No. 1 of 2019 in I.A.Nos. 6552 & 6553 of 2015 both in O.S.No. 4673 of 1983 on or before 30.09.2021. 4.

The learned Judge may keep in mind that as extremely long time is given for disposal. It would only be appreciable that the applications are actually disposed of on or before 30.09.2021. 23.07.2021 vsg C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.
