O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the plan bearing No.PPA.No.4627/93, dated 26.08.1993 and Ba.No.4751/93, dated 29.10.1993.

2. It is stated that the petitioner has made a representation dated 20.08.2007 to the 1st respondent seeking to cancel the above said plans. Since the petitioner's representation was not considered by the 1st respondent, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. Now, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner sold the property to some third party. In view of the same, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly this writ petition is closed. However, it is made clear that the officials of the first respondent are at liberty to take action against the second respondent and also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner, if any unauthorised construction has been made by them. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
