CRP.Nos.1059 to 1062 of 2022 Dr.D.NAGARJUN, J.

This Civil Revision Petition has been placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below, seeking extension of time to dispose of O.S.Nos.84 of 2002, 303 of 1994, 85 of 2002 & 148 of 1996 pending on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. It is seen from the records that while disposing the petition in CRP.Nos.1059 to 1062 of 2022, this Court by an order dated 13.04.2022, directed the trial Court to dispose of O.S.Nos.84 of 2002, 303 of 1994, 85 of 2002 & 148 of 1996 within a period of six months.

However, the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruvannamalai, has sent communication dated 02.02.2023 in D.No.121/2023 and sought further time for disposal of the cases.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant further period of three(3) months time to dispose of O.S.Nos.84 of 2002, 303 of 1994, 85 of 2002 & 148 of 1996 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
