O.P.No.307 of 2018 C. SARAVANAN, J.

This original petitions has been filed to appoint Mr.Yashod Vardan as Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the differences and disputes between the parties in terms of the contract dated 28.11.2015, with costs.

2. With the consent of both the parties, this Court appoints Shri K.J.S. Naidu, Retired, Commissioner of Railway Safety/Bangalore - (DOR30.04.2011), as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties.

3. The learned Arbitrator may, after issuing notice to the parties and upon hearing them, pass an award as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The learned Arbitrator is at liberty to fix his remuneration and other incidental expenses.

5. The proceedings may be conducted under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and in accordance with the Madras High Court Arbitration Rules.
