ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the second respondent to fix a date to take delivery of possession of property situated at Flat No.A02, Aditya Block, Plot Nos.3 & 4 of Rajarathinam Nagar, 1st Street, Ayyanpanthangal, Srinivasapuram Village, Alandur, Kancheepuram District and for a consequential direction to the third respondent to hand over the possession to the petitioner, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.The petitioner, who is the successful bidder and in whose favour sale has been confirmed, seeks possession pursuant to the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that possession would be accordingly handed over to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
