O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.1 of 2018 by the Family Court, Cuddalore, dated 26.02.2019, modifying the maintenance fixed by the trial Court in M.C.No.39 of 2016, dated 16.05.2018.

2. Heard Mr.A.Arasu Ganesan, learned counsel for petitioner and 1/4

carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the Court below has considered the grounds raised in the petition and modified the maintenance amount from Rs.10,000/- to Rs.7,000/- p.m. That apart, the order was passed by the Court below on 26.02.2019 and the petitioner has approached this Court after nearly five years without any explanation. This Court does not find any merit in this petition.
