Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. Seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 15.02.2017 for erecting iron or the concrete pillar in the middle of the passage to prevent the public from using the passage for plying four wheeler, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner's grievance appears to be on the indiscriminate plying of four wheelers in an narrow street in which her house is situated and thus creating serious threat to her living. Under those circumstances, she made a representation on 15.02.2017 to the respondents, seeking to redress the inconvenience caused to her.

4. On receipt of the said representation dated 17.02.2017, the 2nd respondent has forwarded it to the 3rd respondent in and by the proceedings in Na.Ka. 376/2017/AA3 dated 16.03.2017. As further again is not forthcoming, the present writ petition is filed.

5. Taking notice of the above, a direction is issued to the third respondent to take appropriate action pursuant to the second respondent dated 16.03.2017 within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction,the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
