No. 155 of 2007 dated 10.12.2010 on the First Respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the Second Respondent to compute the amount as claimed in C.P. No. 155 of 2007.

(through video conference) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has no instructions from the Petitioner despite several letters sent by him. He also states that a confirmatory memo through e-mail would be sent to that effect which shall be placed on record. The Writ Petition has already been dismissed for default against the Second Respondent for not taking steps for service of notice on him. There does not appear to be any useful purpose being served in keeping the Writ Petition pending indefinitely. 2.
