1. The detenue, Ms.K.Sandhiya, has been produced in Court today.

2. The detenue/Ms.K.Sandhiya, is, aged approximately 22 years.

2.1. We have interacted with the detenue/Ms.K.Sandhiya. 2.2. Our interaction with the detenue/Ms.K.Sandhiya has revealed that she has married Respondent No.3, i.e., U.Ramkumar. 2.3. Respondent No.3, i.e., Mr.U.Ramkumar is also present in Court.

2.4. The detenue/Ms.K.Sandhiya, is therefore, free to take her own decision in the matter, which is whether or not she would want to live with Respondent No.3, i.e., Mr.U.Ramkumar.
