ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On the last date, i.e, on 21.07.2023, none appeared for the petitioner. We adjourned the matter to 25.07.2023, i.e., today, with an observation that if none appears for the petitioner on the next date, the matter would be dismissed.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that M/s.Essar Petrol Bunk mentioned by the petitioner in S.No.80/2B1 was closed within one and a half months of its opening and till now, the said Petrol Bunk remains non-functional.
