ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 26.02.2020 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 364A, 323, 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.14 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused abducted the defacto complainant for a ransom of Rs.5 Lakhs. The petitioner is arrayed as the second accused in the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
