CMP.No.5543 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 220 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the Sole Respondent in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.CMP.No.5546 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the Sole Respondent in the above Civil Revision Petition.

3.CMP.No.5548 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the 2nd respondent herein who are the legal representative of the deceased Sole Respondent as 2nd Respondent in the above Civil Revision Petition.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
