Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records of the 1st respondent in PSL No.01/MRB/2024 dated 20.2.2025 for the post of Assistant Surgeon (General ) and to quash the same to the extent of nonlisting of the petitioner in the list and consequently to direct the respondent to revise the list and to include the petitioner in the provisional list taking note of marks secured by the petitioner

I must appreciate the statement made by the learned Additional Advocate General that the petitioner herein, Dr.N.Deepika Rithick, had been included in the Provisional List which had been released on 26.02.2025 in PSL No.01/MRB/2024 for the post of Assistant Surgeon (General). The petitioner may move forward to do good, proper and beneficial service to the public, in view of the recognition given for her qualification by the respondents. No further orders are required.
