ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is the third application filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail. The earlier bail applications were dismissed by this Court in Crl. O.P. No. 13285/17 on 17.7.17, Crl. O.P. No.15426/17 on 4.8.17 on the ground that the there are three previous cases against the accused/petitioner. Since there is no change in the fact situation, this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer as sought for. In the result, this petition is dismissed.
