(C.F.R.No.30596 of 2019) in E.A.No.01 of 2019 in E.P.R.No.139 of 2010 in O.S.No.617 of 2009 and proceed in accordance with law.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present civil revision petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2. In view the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the petitioner's counsel, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
