By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner submitted an application dated 27.10.2014, to the first respondent praying for subdivision of the property in Survey No.264, Ayanampakkam Village, Maduraivayil Taluk, Thiruvallur District, admeasuring to an extent of 0.18 cents. The petitioner would state that she lost the original sale deed bearing Document No.6606 of 1994 dated 27.6.1994, along with several documents, when she went to see her lawyer in the City Civil Court and in this regard, she also lodged a police complaint on 25.8.2014, to the Inspector of Police, B4 High Court Police Station, Chennai 104, and also made advertisement in "Dhina Bhoomi" dated 22.8.2014. 3.The grievance expressed by the petitioner, is that in spite of receipt of the application dated 27.10.2014, no action has been taken and hence, she came forward to file this writ petition. 4.
Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice for the respondents 1 to 3. 5.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 27.10.2014, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
