ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the Odaipatti Police Station, Uthamapalayam, Theni District, on everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of 30 days instead of the petitioner shall appear before respondent police station on

everyday at 10.30 a.m, and 06.30 p.m., for a period of 30 days in Crl.O.P.No.3801 of 2025 by order dated 14.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions. 4.In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3801 of 2025 by an order dated 14.02.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Odaipatti Police Station, Uthamapalayam, Theni District, on everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of 30 days.
