O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Respondents to not to harass the petitioner and her family members pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side ) would submit that a case has been registered against the petitioner's son in Crime No.430 of 2021 for the offence under Section 38 and 11 of POCSO Act. He would further submit that in order to enquire about the whereabouts of petitioner's son, the respondent has summoned her. the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.It is made clear, since the petitioner is not an accused in this case, the respondents shall not unnecessarily harass her under the guise of enquiry.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
