ORDER
The criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to amend the Court's name from ' District and Sessions Court, Namakkal' to ' Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Namakkal, in the order dated 21.01.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 1061 of 2026.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy forthwith rectifying the name of the Court as 'Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Namakkal,' instead of 'District and Sessions Court, Namakkal' wherever it finds place in the order dated 21.01.2026 in Crl.O.P. No. 1061 of 2026. 4.
The time granted earlier by this Court to the petitioners to surrender before the Court concerned is extended by a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
