ORDER

This Court, by order dated 20.01.2026 in Crl.O.P. No. 839 of 2026, while directing the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi (Special Judge for SC/ST (PoA) Act Cases) to consider the petitioners' bail applications on the same day of their surrender, in connection with Crime No. 729 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police, had granted 15 days time to the petitioners, from the date of receipt of a copy of that order, to surrender before the jurisdictional Court. Since the petitioners could not comply with the

said order and furnish sureties within the time granted, this criminal miscellaneous petition is filed seeking extension of time. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the petitioners to comply with the order dated 20.01.2026 in Crl.O.P. No. 839 of 2026 and to furnish sureties.
