Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fifth respondent herein to grant appointment to the petitioner as secondary grade teacher on compassionate grounds, in pursuance of Pro.Na.Ka.No.9891/B2/2011 dated 18.02.2013, of the third respondent either without insisting for "a pass in Teachers Eligibility Test" or in the alternative, to appoint the petitioner as secondary grade teacher forthwith on a condition that she shall pass the Teachers Eligibility Test within a period of five years from the date of such appointment and grant her all consequential notional benefits with effect from 18.02.2013.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 27.04.2018 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petition for withdrawal.
