ORDER

The petitioner, claiming to be the adopted son of one R.Krishnasamy Naidu, seeks for transfer of patta in his name in respect of the properties stand in the name of the said R.Krishnasamy Naidu, based on a Deed of Adoption dated 08.04.1965 and Will executed by the deceased dated 11.06.1982, which is also said to have been probated on 22.10.2000. It seems that the petitioner had already made a request before the second respondent, the Thasildar by application dated 30.06.2017. Therefore, it is for the second respondent to consider the said application and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after considering the relevant documents filed by the petitioner in support of his claim. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 30.06.
