ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 22.07.2015 and made in W.P.No.21937 of 2015. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit

that the sister-in-law of the petitioner died and despite, time was sought, it was refused and the order came to be passed, directing maintenance of status-quo and taking advantage of the same, the rival group has celebrated the function. Therefore, he seeks leave of this Court to challenge the order of the Sub-Collector, Cheyyar, dated 03.10.2015.

3.This Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and he would submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

4.Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed and the petitioner, if so advised, is at liberty to challenge the proceedings of the SubCollector, Cheyyar, dated 03.10.2015, in accordance with law, before the competent forum.
