This petition is filed to implead petitioner/proposed 5th respondent as 5th respondent in the Writ Petition.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein that, impleading petition in W.P.No.4491 of 2023 is numbered as W.M.P.No.7852 of 2023.

4. Registry is directed to carryout the appropriate amendment in the cause title and list the matter for hearing along with W.P.No.4491 of 2023 after two weeks.
